Law on Enterprises and Investment
The Ministry of Planning and Investment said the draft Decree incorporates 6 sections, 72 Articles, giving subtle elements of 13 articles and statements of disallowed lines of business speculation and states of business at the Investment Law; venture ensure measures; lines of speculation motivating forces; venture arrangement bolster; methods for choosing speculation strategy; systems for speculation enlistment declaration issuance and foundation of financial associations of outside speculators; interest as PPP contracts and some different substance identified with speculation exercises abroad.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment to draft the Decree went for adding to the complete legitimate structure, synchronization and straightforwardness for the execution of the Investment Law. In particular, to detail the rules, how to apply and execute the procurements of the lines of business venture and additionally components to accumulate, distribute and regulate usage of the procurements on this issue to guarantee steady execution of the rule that speculators are allowed to put resources into all business lines for which the Law does not restrict or subject to conditions.
